Vince is an absolute wizard for gears.  Fearless Gears is the ONLY place to go for gear work as far as I am concerned. Vince is extremely thorough  and makes sure everything works perfectly. I had a serious bearing/axle problem - bordering on dangerous.  Vince identified the issue, ordered new parts, and had everything ready for me to reassemble within a few days - for a very reasonable price.  Then he apologized to me for having to drive all the way out to his shop!  Hah, I was more than happy to make that drive and will gladly do it again anytime.  My car was on the road the very next day.
In looking around his shop, I saw all kinds of examples of his work, and his very thorough setup.  I know he works on 4WD, racecars, and street cars.  He's knowledgeable and has years of experience.  I highly recommend Fearless Gears for any differential and rear end work!
I put decals from businesses and suppliers on the firewall of my car, which I display with the hood up at car shows, so people can see what places I recommend.  The Fearless Gears one is prominently added under there now for all to see!

The 9" rearend in my '66 F100 was completely shot. Vince upgraded the axles to 31 spline, added a TrueTrac locking differential, completely cleaned, rebuilt and painted the rearend. I had Vince regear my 2007 F-350 from 3.73s to 4.30s (front and rear), and I couldn't be happier with the experience.

Ring and pinion work is one of those jobs where experience really matters, and Vince took the time to answer all of my questions, explain the process, and make sure everything was done right. Communication was excellent throughout the job, and he stood behind his work, which gave me a lot of confidence.

Parts availability was a challenge due to current backorders, but Vince worked with me to come up with a solution and got everything completed professionally. The install is quiet, the truck drives great, and the gear setup feels exactly like it should.

I have a highly modified Ram TRX that basically ruined my differential and transfer case. Fortunately a trusted individual recommended me to Vince at Fearless Gear. He is a super knowledgeable and honest guy and I feel very blessed to have crossed paths with him. Not only did he make the necessary repairs, but he took the time to find a billet part to withstand the extra horsepower and torque my motor puts out. He also did some modification to help relieve stress on my front axel that I wasn't even aware of. Vince took the time to inspect (and find) other broken parts like hidden sheered bolts, that most if not all other mechanics would not. He constantly kept me up to date with the progress and set expectations that were met and or exceeded. If you need front end work that he caters to, in my opinion, anyone that chooses to go elsewhere is making a huge mistake. On a side note, I knew my battery was close to its life expectancy prior to needing his services, as it was showing signs of dying several weeks earlier. The battery happened to die during the work (to no fault of Vince) and I brought a new battery with me when picking my ride up. Vince was kind enough to install the new one without even asking for anything in return, simply because that’s how he is. He is an honest man that wants to make his customers happy, and he seems to truly love what he does. Thank you Vince for the high quality work, going above and beyond, and for taking care of me and my truck like it was your own. Vince is extremely knowledgeable, trustworthy, and professional. My Ram 1500, at 99,900 miles, needed the differential to be rebuilt. Vince knew right away what needed to be done and clearly explained it to me. I appreciate his straight forward approach and advice. He answered all my questions and got my truck’s differential rebuilt very quickly. Awesome attention to detail, my diff is quieter now than when it was new. He even did the initial gear break-in miles. He is a craftsman who takes pride in what he does which is so rare to find these days.
